What is involved in a counselling session?
During counselling sessions we will explore together those issues you wish to discuss, and maybe the areas you find it less easy to talk about.
I describe myself as an “Integrative” counsellor. This means I use interventions from different counselling theories (established counselling techniques) that are most appropriate to your specific needs and issues.
I endeavour to treat every client as an individual.
I can offer:
TIME to talk confidentially and be listened to, on a regular basis.
SAFETY A place for you to explore and understand difficult thoughts and feelings.
