Counselling may not be the most appropriate option for everyone (for example, if you are experiencing severe mental distress or have been diagnosed with a severe mental illness). You may require more specialised help, and onward referral will be recommended if medical support is required.
Unfortunately I am unable to offer home visits, couple counselling or work with under 18s.

What to do if you are unhappy with the counselling services you received?
If you are unhappy with our work together, then we should discuss this together.
